Step1. Gently wash the mangoes in water. Mango skins may be removed.
Step2. Add water and the mangoes to a pressure cooker for two to three whistles over medium heat. Let the pressure cooker’s steam escape on its own. The same may be done with an instant pot. Mangoes should be pressure-cooked for five to six minutes.
Step3. Lift the cover & pour the water and cooked mango pulp into a bowl. To get the pulp, squeeze the mangoes. Remove any stones from the mangoes. Let the pulp of the mango rest.
Step4. Until smooth, blend the mango pulp, sugar, salt, spices, and mint. After tasting, adjust the sugar and spice amounts.
