Ingredients You Need
- Paneer – 250 gram
- Onion – 4 medium size
- Tomato – 2 big size
- Ginger- garlic paste – 1 tbs
- Oil – 2 teaspoon

- Turmeric powder – 1 tbs
- Red chilli powder – according to taste
- Cumin powder – 1 tbs
- Black pepper – ½ tbs
- Kitchen king masala- pour according to taste
- Salt- according to taste
How to make Dry Paneer
For making a hot dry paneer recipe firstly take a knife in your hand. Put 250-gram paneer on chopping board and cut into small pieces. Now switch on the gas. Take a non-stick Pan and place it on flame. Heat this pan and pour two tablespoons of oil into it. Now chopped 4 onions and two big tomatoes in small pieces.
Firstly pour chopped onions in oil and stir well. Cook these onions for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame till they will be translucent. Now add chopped tomatoes to this pan and stir it well. Cook it for five minutes properly on low flame. We can add now some salt to it to make this process fast.
Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic into the pan and cook it for one to two minutes on medium flame till it gives a good aroma. Now add the dry spices to it. Add one teaspoon turmeric powder to it and sauté it. Add red chilli powder according to taste.
Now add one teaspoon cumin powder and half teaspoon black pepper to it. Now finally add amazing flavoured kitchen king masala in this mixture according to taste. Add salt to it according to taste and stir well. Fry them well and stir continuously on medium-low flame. Then add half a cup of water into this mixture and cooked them properly.
After cooking, when all the spices are cooked well and it gives a good aroma then add cut paneer into the mixture and cooked it ten to twelve minutes properly. Now the amazing, delicious and tasteful hot dry paneer is ready to serve. You can garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and some butter. Serve this mind-blowing dry recipe with “Rice or Puri”.
