  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Spring onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Green chilly
  • Ginger
  • All purpose wheat flour – ¾ cup
  • Salt
  • Water

How To Make Recipe

Make Batter

To make spring pancakes firstly take all vegetables on a plate and finely chopped them with the help of a knife then put them aside on the table. Now take another pan and pour ¾ cup all-purpose wheat flour in it, then add little water in it and mix them well. After that pour small chopped vegetables and mix them well. Next, add salt according to their taste and make batter for a pancake.

Spreading & Frying

Take a non-stick tawa and put it on a gas stove. Switch on the gas and heat it on medium flame. After heating tawa, add two teaspoons of oil to it. After heating, pour one big spoon batter on tawa and spread it on it. Cook this pancake on medium-low flame. After sometimes turn it to another side and cook well both sides. Then remove it from tawa and arrange it on a serving plate. The spring pancakes are ready to eat and can be eaten with sauce and chutney.
