About Vegetable Chop

Vegetable Chop Recipe For Evening Breakfast
Equipment
- 1 pressure cooker For Boling Ingredients
- 1 Deep Fried Pan For Deep Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Small Carrot
- 3 Medium Potato
- 1 Medium Beetroot
- 20 gram Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Crushed Peanut
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
- ½ tbsp Fennel Seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seed
- ½ tbsp Cinnamon Stick
- 2 pcs Dry Red Chillies
- 2 pcs Cardamom Elaichi
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt According To Taste
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
Instructions
- Preparing Spices – On low flame pour dry species – fennel seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, elaichi, and cinnamon sticks into the pan. Roast the spices properly on low flame till they smell light. After cooling, mix them with the help of a mixer grinder
- Cooking Vegetables – Peel out the vegetables and wash them well. Now cook all veggies in a pressure cooker till the first whistle goes. After one whistle of a pressure cooker, remove from the heat and wait till the pressure releases.
- Now take a non-stick pan and pour 1 – 2 tbsp oil in it. When the oil is hot, add grated ginger to it. After 1 minute add the grated vegetables, crushed peanuts, and powdered spices to this pan. Stir well.
- Then add one tablespoon of sugar and salt to it according to taste. Keep cooking and after 5 – 6 minutes switch off the flame. After cooling the mixture, make small balls with the mixture and bind them to a cylindrical shape.
- Coating – For making the batter, add 4 tbsp water to the cornflour and mix them properly. Now dip the cylindrical-shaped vegetable cutlet in the batter and roll them in the bread crumbs.
- Frying – Now heats a pan and pour oil into it for frying purposes. When the oil is hot, pour vegetable chops one by one into this pan. Then on a medium flame deep fry the chops and drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel

Preparing Spices
For preparing this recipe firstly place sutaible utensil on gas and heat it on medium flame. On low flame pour dry species – fennel seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, elaichi, and cinnamon sticks into it. Roast the spices properly in low flame till they smell light. After roasting, switch off the gas and wait for cooling. After cooling, mix them with the help of a mixer grinder. Now the spices are ready. The first half is completed now !!
Cooking Vegetable
Peel out of the vegetables and wash them well. Cut the vegetable potatoes, carrots, and beetroot into small pieces. Now take a pressure cooker and pour all the small pieces of vegetables into it. Add one cup of water into it and switch on the flame. Now cook all veggies in a pressure cooker till the first whistle goes. After one whistle of a pressure cooker, remove from the heat and wait till the pressure releases.
Add Spices
After this open the lid of the pressure cooker and drain the excess water from the vegetables. After the draining process grates them well. Now take a non-stick pan and heat it well. Then pour 1 – 2 tbsp oil in it and also heat it on medium flame.
When the oil is hot, reduce the heat and add grated ginger to it. Fry grated ginger for 1 minute and stir well. Now add the grated vegetables, crushed peanuts, and powdered spices to this pan. Stir well continue them.
Then add salt to it according to taste and stir them. Now add one tablespoon of sugar to it. Keep cooking it for 5 – 6 minutes continue and stir well properly. After 5 – 6 minutes switch off the flame and wait, till it will be cool. After cooling the mixture, make small balls with the mixture and bind it to a cylindrical shape.
Coating
Now for coating make a thin batter and dip in it. For making the batter, add 4 tbsp water to the cornflour and mix them properly. Now dip the cylindrical-shaped vegetable cutlet in the batter and roll them in the bread crumbs.
Coat twice with bread crumbs to mixture balls for its outside crunchy layer. Now heat a pan and pour oil into it for frying purposes. When oil is hot, pour vegetable chop one by one in this pan. Then on a medium flame deep fry the chops and drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.
Time To Serve
Now the tasty vegetable chop is ready for eating. Now it’s the serving time. Serve these hot vegetable chops with a slice of onion and cucumber and green chutney. This chop increases your evening fun of tea parties and snacks.
