- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/3 cup finely chopped carrots.

- ½ tbsp butter/sunflower oil.

For the preparation of vegetable soup firstly take a pan and heat it well. Pour a half tablespoon of butter or oil in it and heat it. Now add finely chopped garlic and ginger and sauté it till the raw aroma goes away. Then add half a cup of white spring onions in it. You can also use onions instead of spring onions.
Sauté it continue till the onion goes translucent. After the frying onion, add the chopped veggies in it. Again sauté is regular for 1-2 minutes on medium-low heat. Then add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil, now add salt and black pepper powder according to your taste. Cover the pan and simmer the soup until the veggies are almost done.
