Preheat the Grill or toaster first to medium heat.
Place butter on each bread slice on one side.
Over the bread slices, equally spread half of the shredded cheese.
On top of the cheese, arrange the thinly sliced vegetables.
To taste, add salt and pepper to the veggies.
Spread the remaining cheese over the veggies and Put the sandwiches on the heated griddle.
Cook slices for 2-3 minutes or until it turns little brown.
Remove the sandwiches from the skillet or griddle once the cheesehas melted and both sides are properly toasted.
Before slicing the sandwiches in half, give them a minute or two to cool.
If you wish to add a cheese slice instead of shredded cheese, then add a cheese slice to your cheese slices sandwich recipe.
