Gently wash the mangoes in water. Mango skins may be removed.
Add water and pressure cook the mangoes for two to three whistles over medium heat.
Lift the cover & pour the water and cooked mango pulp into a bowl. To get the pulp, squeeze the mangoes
Until smooth, blend the mango pulp, sugar, salt, spices, and mint. After tasting, adjust the sugar and spice amounts.
The Aam Panna level can be kept for a month in a clean bottle in the refrigerator.
Fill each glass with ¼ cup of Aam Panna essence for serving. Pour cold water into the glass Step and add ice cubes. Mix well to blend.
Add some mint leaves as a garnish. Serve cold Aam Ka Panna.
