Doodh Peda Recipe
Doodh Peda is a wonderful and sweet fudge-like recipe. It is made with khoya (dried milk solids), sugar, nuts, and fragrant spices.

Ingredients
1.5
cups
Milk Powder
400
grams
Condensed Milk
4
tbsp
Butter
¼
teaspoon
Cardamom powder
Nuts for garnishing
Instructions
Heat milk in a pan. Keep heating until it becomes thicker
Add sugar until the milk gets thick.
Continue cooking till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Let it cool down to room temperature.
Check sugar and add more sugar if required.
Add cardamom powder or any other flavourings to the mixture.
Make small equal parts of the mixture.
Shape into a ball or flat shape
Pierce nuts like almonds and pistachios at the centre
Store in a cool and dry place.
Notes
Important
Do not add sugar when the mixture is hot. It will make the mixture sticky. Wait till the mixture has cooled down
The Doodh Peda can stay good at room temperature for one day. They can be stored at least for one month if kept in a refrigerator.
