Add fresh, cold curd in a blender jar or mixing bowl. To provide the creamiest texture, thick curd is used.
Add sugar to your liking of sweetness.
Leave curd and sugar to blend to a frothy mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.
To modify the consistency, add cold water or milk and combine, once more, until creamy.
Now add half pinch of cardamom powder for desired flavor and aroma.
Pour and serve in serving glasses over a layer of malai and serve on ice.
