First, place papdi on a serving plate. Take a look at my papdi recipe if you want to make your own with wheat flour.
Add 3 tablespoons each of potato and chickpea (optional) on top.
Add two tablespoons of minced onions as well.
Now sprinkle 3 tablespoons of whipped curd over it.
Add salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, and chilli powder.
Add one tablespoon each of onion and tomato as well.
Add 1 tsp of each tamarind, green chutney, and more curd at this point.
Sprinkle one tbsp boiled corn, grated carrot, pomegranate seeds, green chilli and chopped coriander on top then one tablespoon of sev.
Lastly, savour a hot cup of tea and dahi Papdi chaat.
