  • ¼ Cup firmly packed chopped Coriander or flat-leaf Parsley leaves
  • ½ Pound fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ Cup Cheese or Parmesan, grated
